Do you offer training?

We do offer free training. We do one-on-one training, it’s just a video call, and it’s as many as you need. We don’t charge any amount for the training.

Our team then handles data syncing and account setup. Once your account is active, we’ll work with you to import your budget and configure reporting. The final steps involve a dedicated onboarding session with our team to ensure you’re comfortable and ready for success, with additional training available as needed.

What is the implementation time?

Implementation time can vary depending on the complexity of your setup and data. Typically, you can expect to be fully onboarded within a few business days. This includes connecting your services, syncing data, configuring your account and reporting, and an initial onboarding session.

What steps do I need to take to get started?

Getting started is straightforward. The first step is to sign the contract and complete the initial payment. After that, we’ll need to connect to your systems, like Service Titan. This typically involves you providing us with your Tenant ID and then authorizing our application through your Service Titan settings. Our team will be there to guide you through this process.

Is there a trial or grace period available?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which we refer to as our grace period. Payment is required upfront, and you can receive a full refund if you decide our service isn’t the right fit for you within the first 30 days.

Can you integrate with specific systems?

Yes, we offer direct integration with Service Titan. If you’re using other systems and are interested in integration, please reach out to us. We’re always evaluating new integration possibilities based on customer needs.
